1- Return Eligibility

• All products are made on demand and are final sale.
• Returns and refunds are only accepted for:
  - Defective or damaged items upon arrival.
  - Incorrect items received (wrong design, size, or finish).

2- Return Process

• Provide order number & photos of the issue.
• We will review and provide return shipping instructions (if applicable).
• Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the item.

3- Refunds

4- Exchanges

• If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no extra cost.
