  • Production Time: Orders take 7-15 business days to be manufactured.
  • Order Processing: Once production is complete, orders are packaged and prepared for shipping within 1 business day.

2️⃣ Shipping Regions & Delivery Times

We currently ship only within Lebanon using Aramex.

6️⃣ Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please:
Report the issue within 3 days of receiving your order.
✅ Send clear photos of the package and the damaged item to rebornleb@gmail.com.
✅ We will assess the claim and provide a replacement or a suitable resolution.
