- Production Time: Orders take 7-15 business days to be manufactured.
- Order Processing: Once production is complete, orders are packaged and prepared for shipping within 1 business day.

We currently ship only within Lebanon using Aramex.

We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please:

✅ We will assess the claim and provide a replacement or a suitable resolution.
